Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled or the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
To request a refund, please contact us (sales@lightnotegift.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photo proof.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
