Yes! Every order includes a complimentary gift card. If you order multiple bundles, each bundle will have its own card. For single candles, only one card is included unless you request separate messages in the Order Note during checkout.

Absolutely. You can choose the default message or request a custom one when placing your order. Just write your desired message at checkout.

Yes! Our candles are made from 100% soy wax and come in reusable glass vessels, designed to be both elegant and sustainable.

We offer two shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Priority: 2–3 business days

All orders are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays.

Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at sales@lightnotegift.com within 7 days of delivery.
