Because all items are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size, color, or scent selection.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us (sales@lightnotegift.com) within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll coordinate with Printify to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
